A Parisian gourmet basket filled with products from small, authentic producers in the Paris region, taking you on a voyage of discovery of an extremely rich, varied and high-quality culinary production. Ah! Paris!
Artisan: Brasserie La Parisienne, craft brewery (75).
Born in Paris, La Parisienne is an authentic independent craft brewery that brews 100% of its beers in its own workshop. The emphasis is on short circuits, with 100% natural ingredients, mostly organic, 80% of which come from the Île-de-France region: our craftsman is even developing his own hop cultivation in an urban area.
We've fallen for this light, thirst-quenching tasting beer, with its hoppy, floral aromas and subtle bitterness: a craft beer just the way we like them, to get your aperitif off to a good start!
Serving temperature: chilled!
Artisan: Shake it Easy, the premium brand of 100% French cocktails (75).
Based in the heart of Paris, Shake It Easy has taken up the challenge of creating "ready-to-drink" cocktails with 100% French ingredients. Their experienced mixologist concocts subtle cocktails in the bottle.
Here we offer you their "Terroir de France" Spritz, in which their colorant-free bitters (which replace Aperol or Campari) come from Strasbourg, the Prosecco has been replaced by a small Sauvignon Blanc from Burgundy, and the whole has been carbonated to give us a very fine, refreshing Spritz à la française.
A must-have for aperitifs made in Paris!
Artisan: Biscuiterie artisanale Les Ptits Rocs, Aurelie & Sébastien Petit & Nicolas Roch (77).
Here's a farmer who has successfully transformed his produce using all the good recipes of the craft: quality local produce processed on the farm, no added flavourings or preservatives, and of course talent in recipe development.
The result is a crunchy mouthful of delicious homemade butter biscuits, where farmhouse black Brie from Meaux and old-fashioned mustard come together in a perfect balance between these two local products of character.
Artisan: Pisciculture et conserve artisanale Écailles & Compagnie, Emmanuel Coupin and Thibaut Pradere (78).
Located in the Yvelines, in the heart of the village of Thoiry, the Ecailles & Compagnie cannery produces tasty fish rillettes and terrines using trout from the nearby Villette fish farm.
There are no preservatives or artificial flavourings in the tasty recipe we chose for our Parisian gourmet basket, where Vexin mustard subtly enhances the taste of these delicious home-smoked trout rillettes.
Perfect for an aperitif on a slice of toast!
Artisan: La Bergerie Nationale, organic farm (78).
Created by Louis XVI, the Bergerie Nationale is located at the heart of the Rambouillet national estate, and has been carrying out its historic missions of production, experimentation and training in the fields of animal husbandry for over two centuries. It also plays an indispensable mediation role between agriculture and society, with a wide and diverse public: on the day we went to collect our products, we were able to see a bevy of children familiarizing themselves with the farm animals...
Converted completely to Organic Agriculture in 2015, the farm has been committed to sustainable development for many years and transforms its production into short circuits.
For our gourmet box from the Paris region, we fell in love with their 100% organic pure pork rillettes that melt in your mouth! We look forward to hearing from you.
Artisan : Terre et Fourchette, organic caterer, Nadia Faham & Léa David (92).
We love everything about Terre et Fourchette, our organic caterer who reinvents or rather returns to the roots of good eating in the Paris region with healthy environmental concerns. Grandma's recipes in returnable jars, with organic, seasonal fruit and vegetables from the Paris region, as vegetarian as possible.
For our Parisian gourmet basket, we've chosen the traditional Chilean "sin Carne" (meatless) recipe of the "Abuela" (Spanish for grandmother): red kidney beans simmered with tomatoes, onions and carrots, all subtly seasoned with a blend of Mexican spices.
To open the jar, hold the lid and pull the tab. Reheat over low heat in a saucepan for 20 minutes or 3 minutes in the microwave. Ideal for a dinner party for two, simply prepare some rice, heat the jar and you're ready to go!
Artisan: Le Chocolatier de Paris, master chocolatier and confectioner, Jérôme Benichou (75).
This small Parisian boutique on the Place d'Italie would go relatively unnoticed if it didn't conceal so many gourmet treasures.
Jérôme Benichou continues the family adventure begun in 1971, with this organic blend of high-quality roasted almonds and hazelnuts, coated in dark or milk chocolate.
Once you've started, it's hard to stop..
Artisan jam maker: La Confiture Parisienne (75).
In his workshop in the heart of Paris, our craftsman prepares jams using traditional, artisanal methods, with no additives or preservatives, in which fruit, spices and even vegetables combine to give birth to tastes as intense as they are unexpected.
Carrot jam? That's right! But not only carrot jam. Combined with passion fruit to tantalize the taste buds, and vanilla, this is a jam that will not leave you indifferent.

Every month, we have our new gourmet boxes tested by independent testers (we don't pay them! We just send them one of our boxes), specialized in the world of gourmet boxes, to get external opinions (we'd obviously give them 10/10 every time...) and publicize our latest gourmet baskets, because we're proud of them, and we have to play the game of criticism...
The excellent results of the test of our Premium gourmet Box from the Paris region on the Laboxdumois website: not bad!
