Wine maker: Le Domaine de Michelet, exploitation viticole familiale, Jérôme et Nathalie Roussille.

To make their cuvée, our viticulturists only use grapes from their organically cultivated AOC Buzet vineyards. They don’t use any unauthorised insecticides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers to comply with the exacting Ecocert standards. Their organic wine is made without adding sulphites. The fruit is macerated just long enough to extract the finest tannins and pure grape juice. The wine is aged in tanks for several months and bottled ahead of time to retain the fruity freshness that makes this organic red so charming: a genuine explosion of grapes in your mouth!

Artisan: Ferme du Ciron, pisciculture artisanale, Olivier de Lataillade.

We fell in love with this spread by Ferme du Ciron for several reasons: the trout are fed a diet as close as possible to what they eat in the wild; the crystalline waters of the River Ciron, which has its source nearby, supply the fish farm tanks; and Olivier has an undeniable talent for transforming trout into edible delicacies with an original twist that makes all the difference. He combines his superlative trout with the savoury oriental flavours of yuzu, a tart citrus fruit from East Asia, and wakame, an edible seaweed widely used in Japanese cuisine. You’ll love it on a slice of bread!

The coarse texture of the artisanal pâté perfectly enhances the full-bodied flavour and creaminess of the foie gras. One bite is never enough.

In southwestern France, duck is an absolute must! Here you’ll find it in a delicious Hachis Parmentier, made from an old family recipe. The duck meat is shredded and combined with a savoury onion fondue and later covered with a layer of creamy “homemade” mashed potatoes. Authentic cuisine like this is made with quality, all-natural products and has no need for additives, preservatives or other artificial enhancements. Simply delicious.

We couldn't resist one final sweet touch. These morsels of hazelnut praline with crêpe dentelle are coated in white chocolate to resemble the small round forms of Cabécou, a goat cheese typical of southwestern France.
